Condition report: Book is in good condition overall, with a few minor notes: leather is in early stages of deterioration, with slight powdering. Front hinge is beginning to tear, and sewing thread is visible through slit beginning to form in leather.
Recommended treatment: Klucel-G for reconditioning of leather, kozo tissue tinted to match leather to be placed over front hinge where sewing thread is peeking through, drop spine box for protection when book is not in use.
